Directors Dave Jones & Darren Milling set out creating Absolute Flooring SW Ltd after spending a combined 40 years serving Cornwall's flooring needs.
Over the past 10 years, with the help of our fantastic and loyal customer base Absolute Flooring SW Ltd has become the leading Commercial and Domestic flooring contractor in the South West. From humble beginnings working out of a home office, 1 vehicle and a storage unit we are now proud to operate out of our main office located just off the A30 in Indian Queens with an ever expanding fleet of Renault Master and Traffic commercial vehicles supplied by a local business.
Our team has also expanded over the decade and we are proud to have 14 full time members of staff including 4 apprentices who are now qualified and employed full time with us at AF. Please scroll down the page to find out a little more about our amazing team.
In 2018 Absolute Flooring SW Ltd proudly announced a new division of the company "Hiperprep" which operates as a Specialist floor preparation company offering customers and more importantly other local and national flooring companies a reliable, efficient and cost effective floor preparation service. We are proud to work alongside many of the local school's and academy's across Cornwall, as well as the county's leading hotels and restaurants, care homes, adult care specialists and Cornwall Council as well as our long lasting relationships with many local business and domestic customers.

Meet The Team
Dave Jones - Director
Our Dave absolutely loves his music and regularly attends music events throughout the year, Dave also enjoys a round of golf most weekends. Dave has been in the flooring industry for most of his adult life and his knowledge and experience is second to none. Dave works from our Indian Queens office Monday - Thursday so chances are he will be one of your first ports of call.
Darren Milling - Director
Darren's love of classic cars is still going strong as well as spending almost all of his free time enjoying long walks with his English Bull Terrier "Wilber" Darren started Absolute Flooring alongside Dave in 2010 and the pair have worked together for over 25 years. Darren also works from our Indian Queens Office Monday - Friday so you will no doubt see him when you pop in or call us.
Joely Hester - Company Secretary
Jo absolutely love's to create and design customised jewellery from home, and has done for many years. Having been part of Absolute Flooring from the very beginning, Jo has been instrumental in ensuring all of our office based tasks and accounts/invoicing run as smoothly as possible, as well as building and managing our social media channels in the early days of the company. Jo works from our Redruth office and deals with all accounts matters so you will no doubt speak with her during your time working with us.
